"Ask for Help" is the standard tool for self-authoring. We can directly create a ticket for any issue from the website using Ask for Help.


To Create a Ticket from Website:


  • Log in to the portal and you'll see that option(Ask for Help) on the right side of the page.




  • Open the page where you have an issue. When you click on "Ask for Help", you'll get the below pop-up to create a ticket.




1. Requester:

    Enter the email ID that wants to create a ticket.



   After Entering the email Id, another option comes up in which you have to enter your name.




2. Subject:

    Enter the subject of that mail.




3. Explain your issue in the box. Also, you can apply effects(like Bold, Italic Underline, Listing, Font color) to what you have written.




4. You can attach the file by clicking the attachment icon.




5. You can click on the Camera icon, it will take the screenshot directly.



6. Click on the checkbox "I'm not a robot" it means your IP/network seems to be spammy to Google. This extension has no role in how often this pop up comes asking a select number of plates/driving masks/shops/water etc.
