Overview:


This screen allows you to create and schedule a stock checklist.

Navigation:

1.Navigate to Stock Control from the main menu and click Create Stock CheckList.


2. The following screen will be displayed to the user: 


Look up the product details:


3. Fill out the form below to search for products; You can search by department, category, branch, season, product title, stock code, or bin number, but the location must be specified, or you can search by location alone.


4. After filling out the form,
  • Click on the "Search" button to narrow down the results.
  • If you click on Reset, all the entries in the form will be cleared out.


Create a Stock Checklist:

 

After you've gotten the product list into the grid, 


  • The top left corner of the grid has a pulldown menu that lets you control the number of records displayed.


  • You can export the data into an excel sheet by using the export buttonpresent at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Page navigation is available at the bottom right corner of the grid.

Please provide a reference in the Reference field before saving; this is required.



Then click Save to create a Stock Checklist.


Note:

The stock checks you created will be saved with today's date and will be sent to the scanner immediately as you save them.
You can create as many stock checks as you need. There is a limitation of 2500 products per one stock check.
