Overview 

This screen displays the details of a checklist based on the check list number.


Step 1: Navigation
  • Select the Stock Control option from the main menu. 
  • On the Stock Checks page, click List Details.



The screen that follows will appear.  


Step 2: Checklist Details

To display the checklist in a grid, enter the checklist number in the Check List No. field and press Enter. In a grid, the checklist will be displayed.



  • Click PRINT to print the checklist for paper picking. Status auto-changes to "Checking".
  • Click EDIT to key in FOUND units into the grid below. Status auto-changes to "Checked".
  • Once the FOUND columns are updated, click SAVE to save the numbers into the check list.
  • Click COMMIT to record the differences and update the stock and shrinkage. Status auto-changes to "Stock Updated".
  • Click RESET to restart the same check again. Found column will be reset to 0. Status auto-changes to "Not Checked".
