Overview:
Stock auditing is the process of physically verifying the physical stock in your store or location and comparing the results to the stock registers you keep. An inventory audit is also another name for it.
You can use this screen to search for and create Stock Audits.
Step 1: Navigation
- Select the Stock Control option from the main menu.
- On the Stock Checks page, click Full Stock Audit.
The following screen will appear.
Step 2: Stock Audit Search
Stock Audits can be found by searching by Stock Take ID, Location, and Created On.
After selecting the appropriate search parameters:
- Click the Search button to narrow the results.
- By clicking the Reset button, all fields are cleared and the search form is left empty.
Step 3: Stock Audit Creation
- New Stock Audits can be Created by clicking on the New button.
After you click the button, you'll be taken to a window where you can fill in the details and save them.
- The sort icon present on the column header allows you to sort values in ascending or descending order in the grid.
- The top left corner of the grid has a pulldown menu that lets you control the number of records displayed.
- You can export the data into an excel sheet by using the export buttonpresent at the top right corner of the screen.
- Page navigation is available at the bottom right corner of the grid.
