Overview:

This screen allows you to view the Stock Audit Data, update the scan quantity, locate the difference, and then update the Shrinkage Register.

Step 1: Navigation
  • Select the Stock Control option from the main menu. 
  • On the Stock Checks page, click Stock Audit Data.

The following screen will appear.



Step 2: Stock Audit Data



Stock Audit Data can be found by searching by Stock Take ID and selecting show only fileds


After selecting the appropriate search parameters:

  • Click the View Data button to narrow the results.




  • Once you've found the results in a grid, you can update the Scan Quantity.
  • When you've finished scanning, click PREPARE to let Modulus figure out the differences and fill the grid.
  • When you're finished, click COMMIT to save the changes to Stock & Shrinkage.
  • Click PRINT SUMMARY to print the summary of current Stock Take.
