Overview: This screen allows you to bulk-upload products with prices and add/update product pricing.
1. From the main menu, select Product and then click on Pricing List
The following screen will be displayed to the user.
2. Add/Update price: Enter either the store or the stock code or the full or partial title of the product in the search field.
After you've entered your search criteria,
- Click the Search button to narrow the results.
All of the search results are presented in a grid format, as shown below.
Click the Edit button, to update the price/Discount/Disc%/Vat code for a product and save it.
- The Reset button clears all fields and leaves the search form empty.
3. To upload the product list:
- Click on the Bulk Upload button.
The features listed below will appear.
- Download a product attributes template by clicking on the Template button.
- The spreadsheet below should be filled in and saved.
- Click on the Choose File button to enter the destination of the saved template.
- Click on the Upload button to add/update the price to the products in the list provided.
4. A spreadsheet can be exported from the search results by clicking the excel icon.
5. To change the columns display:
- Click the Columns button to choose which columns need to be edited.
- The Show all Columns button can be used to unhide all hidden columns.
6. Page navigation is available at the bottom right corner of the grid.
