- Go to the Sales return screen.
- Enter the customer's order number or transaction number.
- If the order number is not found, search using the customer details.
- If the order cannot be found, the manager has the authority to override it.
- If the order has been found, check whether the RMA is required.
- Next, load the order and key in or scan the products.
- Save the Return and Refund
- Print the receipt, or attach it to an email.
