  • Go to the Sales return screen.
  • Enter the customer's order number or transaction number.
  • If the order number is not found, search using the customer details.
  • If the order cannot be found, the manager has the authority to override it.
  • If the order has been found, check whether the RMA is required.
  • Next, load the order and key in or scan the products.
  • Save the Return and Refund 
  • Print the receipt, or attach it to an email.
