Overview: This screen helps you to upload the orders to track by using standard template. 

Step 1: Navigation

  1. Go to Customer from the main menu.

  2. Click Upload Order Tracking from the customer Segmented.



The following screen will appear 



Step 2:


  1. The format will always be the Modulus Format; it cannot be changed.
  2. Select the fulfilled by, this field displays the location from which orders are fulfilled


       


       3. Click on Template button to download the template

       4. Enter the details in the downloaded template and save it

       5. Click on Choose file and upload it clicking upload button 


     6. Any orders that failed to upload after uploading a file will display under the grid with an error message.
