Overview: This screen helps you to Lock the Orders and Release the Orders

Step 1: Navigation

  1. Go to D2C/Website  from the main menu

  2. Click Locked Orders from the Fulfillment



The following screen will appear



Step 2:


  1. Enter the value in the search field to filter the orders, or just click on the search button
  2. Locked button, if set to YES, allows you to search omly locked orders

       3. If the button set to No, then it allows you to seach that Released Orders



Step 3: Lock Orders
  1.  Once you click Search after entering a value in the search field, the data will be shown     underneath the the grid.
  2.  If the Locked is set to Yes then it displays all the locked orders under the grid


     3. You can release the order by clicking the lock icon 


   

Step 4: Release Orders
  1.    If the Locked is set to No then it displays all the orders that were not locked under the grid 


2. You can lock the orders by clicking the Lock Icon 




  By clicking the top right corner of the grid, you will be able to download the spreadsheet.

  To navigate between pages, use the pagination in the bottom right corner of the grid
