Overview This screen helps you to enforces 2FA for all the users.
- Once the button is turned ON by the admin, 2FA is enabled for all users and cannot be changed by the users themselves until it is turned OFF
- If the Global 2FA is already ON, admin can turn it OFF using this screen. From this point users will be able to turn their 2FA settings ON/OFF by themselves
Step 1: Navigation- Select the Configuration option from the main menu.
- Click Global 2FA setting
The following screen will appear
Step 2:- Once the button is turned ON by the admin, 2FA is enabled for all users and cannot be changed by the users themselves until it is turned OFF
- If the Global 2FA is already ON, admin can turn it OFF using this screen. From this point users will be able to turn their 2FA settings ON/OFF by themselves
- Click on Save button to save the changes
- Click on cancel button to reset the changes
